| Acrylic gouache on illustration board. Originally titled "Eksperiment Krajj" to be more in line with the Slavic tone of the Ravnica city. Jim Nelson called it "Yog-Sothoth invades Emerald City". Anytime I can get a Lovecraftian look into a card, I will. I referenced many sea creatures and microscopic life before painting this. Two Wizards of the Coast articles referenced the card artwork. | |||
