Acrylic gouache on board. I like how this one turned out. There wasn't a very specific art description for it, so I really had fun with the lighting and color. Although there wasn't an instruction to imply a relationship with another elemental creature, Forgotten Ancient, I gave him a similar look about the face, especially the eyes. Despite that this .jpeg shows the correct value range as painted, it doesn't show the blue-greens in the sky as well as I'd hoped. Dang scanners. WoTC has an alternate shot of the art that shows off the colors a little better, despite being too light on the card. A link to that article is here.
